Adobe Acrobat Sign is software that automatically and securely stores final signed documents and audit trails of every transaction, making it easy to quickly find what you need while reducing risk. It allows groups to create electronic documents and then collect e-signatures on the document(s). The platform is a good solution for legal documents, as it keeps track of who and when each signer interacts with a document. Signers receive an email with instructions and do not have to create an account to sign the document(s). Adobe Sign also integrates with the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, Workday. In addition to the many new features Adobe Sign provides, it’s a substantial savings over our previous vendor, DocuSign.
In April 2024, Enterprise Technology & Services started transitioning current DocuSign users - University System of New Hampshire faculty and staff - to Adobe Sign and added new users.
