In FY23, the Enterprise CRM team collaborated with Keene State College (KSC) stakeholders and Salesforce to undertake an analysis of the then-current state of marketing technologies to understand a path forward to advancing the marketing capabilities of the Admissions and Recruiting functions.
Through Long Range Technology Program funding, Enterprise Technology & Services purchased and implemented Salesforce Pardot, an automated marketing and lead generation tool. Pardot allows for more efficient, targeted, and cohesive marketing for admissions and recruiting. This, in turn, increases applicant engagement and enrollment while decreasing staff time needed on these endeavors.
KSC’s Admissions and Recruiting programs have successfully leveraged Pardot to engage applicants and potential applications who are part of the ongoing, targeted marketing campaigns, delivering nearly 200,000 messages recorded into the Admissions CRM.
