The (603) Challenge is an annual, online fundraising campaign that offers University of New Hampshire (UNH) alumni, parents, faculty, staff, students, and friends the chance to make a gift to their favorite areas across the university.
In FY22, the Enterprise Advancement IT (EAIT) team helped improve functionality to provide end-users with better tools to manage the 603 Challenge, and enhanced integrations with the website to engage donor content.
This project has far-reaching benefits as the improved management tools allow for greater efficiency of UNH’s annual giving team. The data on the Challenge website is viewed by tens of thousands of constituents.
The EAIT team completed this project in January 2022 and reached its goal to help increase staff efficiencies which allow for a more direct and increased, and better constituent experience when engaging with the 603 Challenge website.
