- USNH hosts Workday drop-in office hours for finance and human resource questions and hands on support.
- Workday users can submit a ticket to USNH Support Central to help with HR, Finance, and IT issues and questions.
- ET&S will upgrade myElements on Tuesday, February 4 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. During this time, myElements will not be available

Have Workday Questions? Join a Drop-In Office Hour Session
To Know: Join our live drop-in office hours to address questions related to FDM, FOAPAL changes, expenses, travel reimbursements, hiring (staff, students, and faculty) and time tracking.
There will be two types of drop-in office hour sessions:
- Sessions for Finance questions occur every Tuesday from 11:00-Noon and Thursday from 2:00-3:00 p.m.
- Sessions for Human Resources questions occur every Wednesday from 10:00-11:00 a.m. and Thursday from 1:00-2:00 p.m.
To Do: Click “Workday Drop-In Office Hours” to add these sessions to your calendar.
Need to Submit a Workday Ticket
To Know: As you use Workday, questions may arise as to how to perform new processes. First, please check the USNH Workday Resources Website for helpful job aids.
To Do: To check on the status of a ticket: If you need to check on the status of a ticket: Click on Client Portal Home > "My Tickets". In the Status Class field, select "Select All".
NOTE: If the ticket you want doesn't automatically appear in the list. Click Search. Then open the ticket and the status is in the upper right corner.
To Do: To submit a new ticket: If you still have specific questions on certain processes, please contact USNH Support Central by submitting a ticket or by dialing your campus exchange number to reach a HR, Finance, or IT professional:

myElements Upgrade on Tuesday, February 4
To Know: On Tuesday, February 4, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., the Research Computing Center (RCC) will update the look and feel of MyElements. During this time, MyElements will be unavailable while RCC updates the software.
The MyElements menu will be slightly restructured, but all existing functionalities will be maintained in the newest version. RCC will transfer all data from the old to the new instance, and accounts will not be impacted.
To Do: No user action is required.
