Changes to Microsoft Authenticator App/MFA Process on Monday, February 27
To Know: On Monday, February 27, Microsoft will add a step to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for those using the Microsoft Authenticator App. During login, you will need to approve the sign-in attempt by tapping the number displayed on the screen where you entered your username and password into the Microsoft Authenticator app on your device. Please note: the frequency for re-validation remains unchanged at 60 days.

To Do: If you use the Microsoft Authenticator app to sign into Microsoft, please enter the number displayed on your screen when prompted. 


FYI: Microsoft MFA Enrollment for Students Starts Tuesday, February 14
To Know: UNH students will start enrolling in multi-factor authentication (MFA) to access multiple applications starting Tuesday, February 14, including Microsoft 365, Zoom, and Canvas. After this date, students will have 14 days to enroll.

To Do: If you have students who cannot access various applications, please ask them to set up MFA following these instructions https://td.usnh.edu/TDClient/60/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=4431 or have them contact the Help Desk. 


myUNH Portal Info Sessions on Wednesday, February 15
To Know: 
You are invited to a special opportunity to share feedback on the new myUNH campus portal. This new platform will replace the existing myUNH portal and launch in June, with pilots in March. ET&S will host information and feedback sessions in MUB 334/336 pm Wednesday, February 15 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. All UNH students, faculty, and staff are welcome.

LDT virtual office hours allow attendees to drop in and ask questions to a Learning Design and Technology team member.  These are open sessions and not specific subject training. Get answers to questions regarding applications such as Canvas, Kaltura, and Zoom.

This course is intended for Advisors/Faculty Advisors new to the Navigate platform. Navigate allows advisors and student support personnel to document and track student progress toward goals. The application is part of a University System's initiative for student retention. This course will give users the basics of getting started with the application.

This is an open, drop-in time to ask questions and receive expert consultation for those anywhere in their Box Migration or using any M365 tools to meet their storage, file sharing, course/teaching, and collaboration needs. Registration is not required.
