Our partners on the USNH Cybersecurity team have received a notice of publicly posted compromised credentials from a trusted third-party (if you have breach name include here). This report contained your credentials.
Required Action: You must change your password prior to end of the business day on 1/12/2023
It is important to note that there only two ways to change your USNH password. The first is via the “myAccount” tool at https://myaccount.usnh.edu; the second is via a phone call or an in-person visit to the Help Desk on your Local Campus.
Each of these processes requires that you to initiate the action. ET&S will never ask you to reset your password by clicking on a link in an email. Requests for password information to be sent via email should always be suspect and are considered Phishing.
