This week’s Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) Tech Briefing contains new information, a reminder, and faculty training opportunities.
Campus Directory information is now Available for All employees in M365 (New)
To Know: ET&S is working in partnership with the USNH Banner HR team to ensure the contact information for all employees reflects the information found in the Banner HR system. Now that all USNH institutions are using an integrated Microsoft 365 (M365) environment, ET&S will roll out this updated information to all employees.
Starting Monday, May 2, 2022, each USNH employee’s title and organizational information (commonly referred to as an M365 Contact Card) is available for viewing in various M365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, and Delve. NOTE: Students received a title that indicates their role as a student and their primary campus affiliation.
To Do: No action is required, but considering the information found on the M365 contact card is directly tied to the information in the HR system, you may update any information displayed on your M365 Contact Card by following these instructions: https://td.usnh.edu/TDClient/60/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=1447

- If you are logging in through the Zoom desktop or mobile app:
- You will need to select SSO at the bottom of the login box
- It will prompt you for a domain, enter only ‘plymouthstate’
- This will redirect you to a PSU login portal
Additional information and support for the Zoom login process can be found in the Zoom: How-to Sign In knowledge base article.
