During a recent audit, Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) identified that you might use Dropbox (which is different from Box) for data belonging to the University System of New Hampshire (USNH). If this is the case, it is out of compliance with the USNH Vendor Cloud Service Security Standard (available at https://www.usnh.edu/it/sites/default/files/media/2021-08/usnh-vendor-c…).

We want to make certain that any data that belongs to the USNH is no longer stored in Dropbox by May 1, 2022.  If you use DropBox, please examine the content and move anything related to your work at USNH over to OneDrive or SharePoint to ensure its security.
