Hello,

Starting on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, two important changes are coming to the way you access Salesforce.

First, you will need to use Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via the SmartAuth Authenticate app to access Salesforce. MFA is the same process used to login to WISE and other protected applications where users must provide their username and password as well as verifying the request via a passcode or mobile app approval.

If you need to setup SmartAuth and download the Authenticate app, go to <<URL>> for more information. Please note: voice/text are not approved methods of authentication for Salesforce products; you must use the Authenticate app to access Salesforce.

Secondly, to log in to Salesforce, you now need use <<URL>> and sign in using your USNH ID and password. Please note that login.salesforce.com will no longer function after January 26.

You will then be prompted to choose a delivery method for your registration code.

To summarize, beginning 1/26/22, you will access Salesforce by visiting <<URL>> and signing-in with your USNH username and password, combined with the Authenticate App Passcode.

If you need help, please submit a ticket to the Enterprise Constituent Relationship Management Services Team (ECRM) at <<URL>>.
