In FY21, the Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) Center for DATA team created over a dozen data dashboards for the University System of New Hampshire (USNH) which help inform the USNH community and leadership on everything from student enrollment and retention to critical information on COVID-19. These dashboards are both public-facing and internal and pull data from various sources, displaying them in a manner that is easy for the viewer to understand. Some dashboards are static while others allow viewers to interact with the data.
Some examples of these dashboards include:
- COVID-19 Dashboards displaying results of COVID-19 Student Pulse Surveys at UNH, KSC, and PSU for leadership
- Plymouth State University Student Retention Dashboard
- Undergraduate Admissions Dashboards, which allows regular comparison of undergrad admissions activity for the upcoming term to the same point in the prior term
- Graduate & Professional Admissions dashboards, which allows regular comparison of Graduate School/Law admissions activity for the upcoming term to the same point in the prior term
- Graduate Enrollment dashboard – a more detailed version of our public dashboard, provides Census enrollment trends at the Graduate level
Other project-focused dashboards include the Keene State Journey; COVID-19 dashboards for Keene State College and the University of New Hampshire; the USNH Reopening Committee; Consent Form Tracking; Classroom space analysis.
