In fall 2019, Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) led the effort to provide data to the Huron Consulting Group for the Financial Review and Resource Assessment to help the university support its strategic priority of building financial strength. This effort also helps the University of New Hampshire (UNH) in its endeavors to be a national leader in financial management and better align its budget and resources with its strategic priorities.
ET&S worked with units across the University System of New Hampshire (USNH) and UNH to manage dozens of data requests from Huron. ET&S provided Huron with timely, accurate and aligned data to help it analyze and assess potential areas of improvement. UNH leveraged the Huron Report to identify phases of activity and focus to help achieve its strategic goals.
