In October 2019, Enterprise Technology & Services collaborated with Connection, UNH’s technology reseller, to offer students an Apple repair solution for their Mac OS and iOS devices. Previously, students had to leave campus or send directly to Apple to have their devices repaired at an Apple store or authorized repair center for service, which often resulted in delays.
This collaboration with Connection provides students with quicker turnaround times for Apple technicians to complete warranty and non-warranty repairs. The IT Depot, located in the Memorial Union Building, facilitates the repairs and provides students with a convenient location to drop off and pick up repairs.
