Providing Students, Faculty, and Staff with Secure Access to Technology Resources

Identity and Access Management (IAM) is an industry-wide discipline that provides the right people, software, and hardware based on their role with access to the resources they need to accomplish their duties while preventing these same entities from accessing the resources they do not need. 

In November 2022, Enterprise Technology & Services completed a 15-month-long project by successfully deploying Sailpoint. This modern identity management solution aids organizations in managing employee and student access to applications and data. This project securely transferred hundreds of thousands of users from Oracle Identity Manager to Sailpoint, provides a modern identity pool, and allows for the retirement of outdated systems.
