The University System of New Hampshire (USNH) adopted PaymentWorks to streamline and manage the supplier onboarding process and reduce Automated Clearing House (ACH) fraud risk. Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) led the PaymentWorks implementation, which began in October 2022 and went live in February 2023.
PaymentWorks introduced a simplified and uniform process to request new suppliers, increased productivity and efficiency for accounts payable and procurement staff, and reduced liability by introducing fraud indemnification for supplier ACH payments.
