Planning to travel abroad this summer? Read This.

To Know: With an increasing number of USNH resources requiring Multi-Factor Authentication as part of the log-in process, it is essential that you set up alternative methods of authentication that do not rely on having access to US Phone or SMS services – especially if your travel plans take you away from the Continental US.

To Do: Before you travel, set up the Microsoft Authenticator app as your default method of Multifactor Authentication. This is the only method that will work regardless of whether you have cellular or Wi-Fi while traveling. Before traveling, follow the steps in this KB to ensure you can access your USNH and other University resources while away: https://td.usnh.edu/TDClient/60/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=4665

(UNH and KSC) Changes to Kaltura Navigation in Canvas Starting June 8

To Know: Starting Thursday, June 8, My Media will only be available on the left side global navigation menu in Canvas and will no longer be accessible through the course navigation in Canvas. This does not impact Kaltura's availability in the Rich Content Editor (RCE) or the Media Gallery. Note: we originally sent this note on January 5 but had to roll the change back.
