ET&S to Enable Seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) for USNH Banner Xtender, Application Navigator, and Admin Pages on Tuesday, May 9

To Know: On Tuesday, May 9, from 7:00 – 8:00 a.m., ET&S will enable SSO for USNH Banner Xtender, Application Navigator, and Admin Pages internally-facing pages. During this time, these applications will not be available. When you log in to these applications, the page will look different. Here are a few other things to know:

  • The abovementioned applications require refreshing your authentication session more frequently than other Microsoft SSO-enabled apps.
  • If you log out of these applications, it will also sign you out of other Microsoft MFA-enabled applications, such as your email, Canvas, and Zoom
  • ET&S recommends using a separate browser for these Banner applications to avoid being signed out of your other applications.
  • This will not impact Webcat.

To Do: If you are having trouble signing into the applications listed above on or after Tuesday, May 9, please clear your browser cache and cookies and close your browser. Click here for instructions.
