ET&S Strategic Communications

This week’s Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) Tech Briefing features news, events, and training information.

Email Auto-Forwarding Will Be Turned Off on Tuesday, 11/1

To Know: To improve data security practices, auto-forwarding from USNH email accounts to external email accounts will be disabled on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, for all PSU staff (students and faculty are not impacted). Auto-forwarding may cause unintentional disclosure of protected or restricted information and poses a risk to the confidentiality of data. All emails auto-forwarded to an external email account such as Gmail or Yahoo! will no longer deliver to that address starting on 11/1/22. This will not impact manually forwarded emails.

To Do: No user action is required.
