This week’s Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) Tech Briefing contains new information, a few reminders, upcoming projects, and training opportunities.

Scheduled Maintenance: KSC Internet and Phones on Saturday, 9/10

To Know: On Saturday, September 10, between 4:00 and 8:00 a.m., the Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) Network Team will replace the KSC main campus router, which acts as the gateway for all network traffic to and from the internet. This work will occur when the campus network sees the least traffic. While ET&S strives to minimize service interruptions, this work may disrupt internet and phone service at KSC for the entire duration of the maintenance window. Please plan accordingly.

During the maintenance window, the campus safety phone line 603-358-2228 may experience service interruptions, but campus safety will still be reachable at 603-209-6929. In the event of an emergency, please dial 911.

To Do: No user action is required.
