Providing Better Access to Donor Data

In fall 2021, the Enterprise Technology & Services Enterprise Advancement IT team partnered with the UNH Advancement fundraising team to implement and integrate EverTrue, a new software solution that layers on top of Trax (a fundraising software platform) and provides gift officers with enhanced mobile access to existing and potential donor data, trip planning, and social media insights.

EverTrue allows enhanced capabilities for fundraisers to better find and qualify potential major donors to UNH, which enhances overall revenue.
