Good Morning:
The consolidation of services occurring at Keene State College (KSC) and Plymouth State University (PSU), has simplified your WebIntelligence (WebI) login.
Starting immediately, login to WebI using these steps:
- Navigate to the WebI Login page (<url removed>)
- Switch the authentication to LDAP (this should “stick” after your first login).
- Login in with the same username (NetID) and password that you use to login to the Pulse VPN.
- From this point forward your WebI account will use the same password at the Pulse VPN.
After your first LDAP login, please “Reply All” to this email to let us know that the new login worked (or did not work). While “Reply All” is usually discouraged, in this case the other recipients of this email are hidden. Reply All ensures that both Sangita Raghunathan and Barbara Hoover receive your response.
Please note: If your WebI username ends with “_2” or any other “_#” (secondary accounts), then you should continue to login using Enterprise Authentication.
