The purpose of this communication is to notify you that Heartland ECSI has prepared an exit interview for your review and signature on behalf of University of New Hampshire. Per Federal Regulations, you are required to review and sign this document in a timely manner.

Federal Regulations and school policy require that students who are no longer enrolled, or enrolled less than half-time, complete student loan exit counseling.  Through this exit counseling, you will be informed of your rights and responsibilities regarding your student loans. Exit interviews provide a complete explanation of repayment, deferment and cancellation privileges.

If you are attending another school, you are still responsible for completing your exit interview. Future requests for transcripts could be withheld until this requirement is met.

To access, view and manage your account information, please visit <URL removed> and click on the Sign In or Register button at the top of the page. After you have successfully created a new profile and/or signed in, you may need to connect your account to you profile. To do so, click on the Connect An Account button. When connecting your account, you will be asked to provide your Heartland Key (02063-E576C392B9DB). Once connected, you will be redirected to your account.

To complete your exit interview on a connected account, click the school's name, then click the View Account button. Your exit interview will be listed under the documents tab.

Thank you,
