Congratulations! This is a reminder that you are invited to participate in a survey on emotional well-being on your campus. We recognize that this semester has been particularly challenging as we all adapt to a "new normal" in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic.
To better ensure that we understand and can meet the needs of everyone on our campus, we ask you to complete the following survey which should take about 12 minutes to complete. For completing this survey, you will be entered into a drawing to win one of several prizes, including:

Your participation is completely voluntary and confidential. We will share survey results with your university so that your university can better understand and support student, faculty, and staff well-being. To protect your confidentiality, the results we share will be de-identified, meaning that your name, email address and other identifying information will be removed before we share results with your college or university.
