ET&S Strategic Communications

In FY24, Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) played a pivotal role in the re-accreditation process for the University of New Hampshire (UNH) and Plymouth State University (PSU) by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE) in FY24. As a recognized accreditor by the U.S. Department of Education, NECHE ensures the quality and excellence of over 200 member institutions through its Standards for Accreditation, fostering innovation and student success in higher education.

ET&S's contributions were instrumental in supporting the NECHE's decade-long re-accreditation visits to UNH and PSU, aligning with the academic missions of both campuses. The team facilitated data collection and prepared response materials for the NECHE visiting teams. A full-time ET&S staff member was dedicated to the UNH accreditation project for a year, managing the presentation of all necessary materials.

To ensure seamless technical support, ET&S provided concierge services to the visiting reviewers, including Wi-Fi and printer connections and audiovisual equipment for hybrid meetings. ET&S leadership also engaged with the visiting teams to share strategic priorities and their alignment with the institutions' goals.

The collaborative efforts of ET&S were met with success, as both UNH and PSU achieved re-accreditation by NECHE, marking a significant milestone in their commitment to educational excellence.
