Pay Date: 12.03.2021
Thanksgiving Break: November 24th, 25th, & 26th
Employees: Approve your timecards as soon as you have completed your final shift in the work period.
Note: If you are working on one of the holidays, record your time as you normally would.
Approvers: Review and approve employee timecards as soon as possible.

UKG Dimensions (Kronos) Information and Resources provides UKG Dimensions general information, job aids and quick links.
· Employee Approval Deadline: Tuesday, November 23rd @ 10:00 AM OR as soon as you complete your final shift in the work period.
· Supervisor Approval Deadline: Tuesday, November 23rd @ 1:00 PM OR after your employee completes their final shift in the work period. We encourage you not to wait until Monday, November 29th to review and approve timecards.
· Signoffs will be applied to all timecards at 1:00 PM on Monday, November 29, 2021.
· Timecard issues not resolved prior to the signoff deadline will require the employee to complete the Payroll Timecard Adjustment Form and the supervisor to submit the completed form to FOC Payroll at <email address removed>. FOC Payroll will issue payroll adjustment checks as needed and will mail the checks to the address provided on the form.
