USNH partners with WellsFargo® to provide Procurement Card (PCard) services. There are multiple card options to meet the needs of the campuses which are outlined below:
Standard
Utilized to purchase small dollar supplies and for other business needs such as subscriptions and memberships.
Standard Plus
Utilized for both travel and non-travel business expenditures.
Travel
Utilized for all travel related charges.
Abroad
Utilized to purchase supplies, travel and airline charges, including costs outside US (includes cash access if deemed necessary).
UShopNH is the preferred method for most other purchases including small suppliers where frequent purchases are needed. Vendors not currently in UShopNH may be added by sending a PaymentWorks invitation.
