Alongside his colleagues in the General Counsel’s Office, Chad Pimentel helps provides a full range of legal services to the University System of New Hampshire, its Board of Trustees and component institutions and affiliated organizations, including pre-decision advice; document drafting, negotiation and review; and client representation before courts and administrative agencies. Chad also maintains, certifies and provides access to the University System's corporate records.
Prior to joining USNH, Chad was Principal Counsel for Education and Governance for the University of California’s Office of the President. In addition to his law practice, Chad has taught legal research and writing at Berkeley Law and Columbia Law School. He received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
