Jeffrey is the Director of Information Technology for Advancement at UNH.  With 13 years of experience in higher education, he is focused on aligning IT strategy to support business and strategic goals through the innovate use of technology.  His team is 6 months into a 2+ year project to document business process, research Banner tools & functionality, and properly align both to best serve all areas of Advancement.  With the help of 3rd party tools, his team has successfully improved the accuracy, acquisition, and accessibility of data stored within Banner to benefit gift officers, prospect researchers, gift & data management, and alumni staff.
