Some teams are just rock stars!

The USNH Enterprise Lean Team (Dagmar Vlahos & Thomas Lencki Jr.) had the opportunity to collaborate with the UNH Ace Team.

What is the Ace team:

The Academic and Career Engagement (ACE) Program in the College of Health and Human service provides our first-year students with an environment that encourages academic success in the transition from high school to college. Through personalized academic and career coaching, this first-year experience program assists students with navigating academic and co-curricular resources, developing skills in active learning, reflection, and decision making, and exploring vast career options and alumni connections; all the while, fostering a community of belonging and involvement within CHHS and UNH.

The USNH Enterprise Lean Team wants to take this opportunity to:

✅ Highlight these awesome Ace professionals

🎉 Celebrate the start of their Lean journey

This team jumped right into using Lean methodology, as well as Miro. It was absolutely fun watching this team interact and navigating Miro each week as we utilized the Lean process.

Engagements with the USNH Enterprise Lean Team creates time and space for collaboration across teams, while allowing for innovative ways to enhance their processes.

💯 Lean all day, every day!
