NBIPORG Position List by Organization Form
The Position List by Organization Form (NBIPORG) provides a list of positions defined for a specified organization. Note the following:
Position field - Positions appear in sequence according to a defined Position Number. The Position FTE totals appear for each position.
Status field - The status shown here is position status and can be "A" for Active; "F" for Frozen, or "C" for Canceled. There is also a position status of "I" for Inactive, but an inactive position would not have a position org so could not show on this form. These status impact the ability to associate jobs with positions and also how the budget does or does not roll to working status.
Begin/End Date fields - The position end dates impact whether or not a new job can be associated with the position and whether a position budget will roll to working status.
Type field - This is a memo only field. "S" stands for single and "P" stands for pooled. There are no validations and it does not affect processing.
Budget FTE field - The 'Budget FTE' field is the proposed FTE for the position and the information in this field comes from the corresponding field on the Position Budget Form (NBAPBUD). Note that USNH is using the 'Annualized FTE' field.
