My skills derived from working in higher education relate to enrollment management within the admissions department. These skills include application processing, creation and management of campaigns, reports, dashboards and email templates in Salesforce and Target X, and collaboration cross-departmentally. Additionally, I have had multiple trainings about diversity, equity, and inclusion and am a certified Professional Scrum Master I.
